Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your available history.

You should find out the cause of overweight and lethargy. It may be due to
- Physical causes like thyroid dysfunction, vitamin deficiency
- excessive eating habit
- As a side effect of anti depressants.

You should consult your psychiatrist , who may advise you to go for some blood investigations to rule out physical causes.

Doctor may advise you to change the medications or may increase the dose of antidepressant drug depending upon the cause of your symptoms.

You may also get benefit by doing yoga, meditation or breathing exercise or stress management which helps to control your stress, anxiety and depression.

I hope It will help you.

Thanks.
