Over excitement about sex. Solution?

hi..i all feel to much sexual excitement....and i think i am facing immature ejaculation too....i feel excitement and get wet even i thing about sex,normal talk to my partner/female even over phone, watching sexy things like movie....every time i feel excitement i get wet....its very uncomfortable for daily there any solution with natural drugs but life style change or food or exercise......plz advice.....
