Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
Dear patient,
As you wote of having both ovarian cyst, irregular menstruation cycle.Basically this disease is related with mamsa(muscle)+rakta(blood)+med (fat bodies) +rasa(lymph) according to ayurveda i.e. the origin of ovaries. If the pathogenesis of ayurveda is considered, the vrudheet dosha deforms the said dhatus giving a shotha i.e. inflammation to ovaries Also irregular diet habits/sukragat dosha/recurrent digestive+urinary problems/mental stress/abnormal (including LACS)deliveries/anger/panduta(anemia)/soil eating habit etc.
Ayurveda has a strong range of medicines including this disease. Don't worry.
1)uttar basti of perfect medicated dravyas is the must thing
2)pashanbhed+vaidehi+palash+amruta+surdaru diccocction(kadha) thrice a day
3)dashmool quath(dicocction) thrice a day
4)prataplankeshwar rasa/nityananda rasa/madhumalini vasant/amrutarnava rasa/godanti+amruta satva+shankha bhasma/mahamjishdhadi quath etc
5)along with dhanvantar/dadimadya/kalyanak/panchagavyadi ghritam.
All these stated depends on what exactly the nadi is saying about? So the proper diagnosis(nidana) is very much important regarding this disease rather than to get operated. As per my experience, the patients I treated suffering from same got the excellent result with nadi chikitsa(treatment).Get the perfect vaidya to treat it well, live a healthy life with the treatment of ayurveda. Good Luck!!!
