On Spermicidal Injectors. Missed Periods, Signs Of Pregnancy. History Of Ovarian Cysts And Endometriosis. Pregnancy Test Negative. Suggest
My girlfriend and I have been using the spermicidal injectors for sex. I do not ejaculate inside. She also has ovarian cysts and endometriosis. However, she is showing signs of pregnancy since she has not had a period in almost 2 months. She has taken 8 pregnancy tests and they all showed negative. Is there a high probability she is pregnant and we are missing a sign, or I her cycle offset due to the health trouble and birth control combination?

There is no any chances of pregnancy because you are not ejaculating inside and using spermicidal.You are also confirmed by pregnancy test.
Still you can confirm it by USG examination.
Most likely it is due to hormonal disturbances due to underlying ovarian cyst.
