On Pill, Had Sex Without Condom For A Few Seconds. Pregnancy Chances?

Well, tonight my girlfriend and I had intercourse with each other. She has been taking the pill for 6+ months without missing a single day. We normally use condoms but decided not to for a little bit. I only did this for about 30 seconds then decided to put a condom back on. What are the chances of her pregnancy? I am considering getting the plan b pill in the morning.
