Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
PCOS is associated with obesity due to the hormonal imbalance occurring in the body. Firstly your hormones have to be controlled by appropriate treatment. Once hormones are in order, weight loss can be planned. Weight loss normally can be achieved by a regular healthy diet and exercise. Weight loss of upto 1/2 to 1 kg per week in normal weight loss. I suggest you calculate the number of calories to eat per day eat accordingly. Do not expect sudden miracles. Also understand your condition will cause weight loss to occur slowly.

Thanks.
