Numb Feeling In Leg While Sitting, Sleeping And Walking, Not Painful But Uncomfortable And Worried

I get a numb feeling in my left leg daily. Whilst sitting, sleeping and even walking. I m not sure if this is nerve related or not. Its not painfully just very annoying and what I have noticed is that of lat, I sometimes have to lift my leg to move positions whilst sleeping. Can you tell me what I can do or which surgeon I have to see to assist me?
