Noticing Back Pain Due To Burping

Hi and thank you. When I burp, I get a sharp pain in my back. It s been on going for a few weeks now. I woke up this morning and my heart felt like it was hurting, about a few minutes and I was fine. I just ate and I am experiencing belching with pain to my back again.

Hello,

Usual cases the ulcer in the stomach, duodenum or some pancreas issues present like this with a backache.

At present do following until you consult your GP for the proper diagnosis and further guidelines
- drink more liquids in sessions
- keep the stomach empty by 25 % of satiety level
- regular walking, exercises, YOGA
- control of blood sugar, cholesterol and body weight
- strict dietary control to avoid all spices, dairy fat, junk stuff, aerated drinks
- avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming
- proper sleep
- avoid anxiety
- help with PPI as omeprazole and analgesic as paracetamol for backache
- avoid certain medications off the counter as ibuprofen and diclofenac known to worsen the GIT with irritation.
