Noticed Swelling At The Vulva & On Top Of The Buttocks & Itchiness With Excess Of White Discharge
I am 65 yr ol woman, not sexually active but have painful slighty swollen areas in vulva and high up butt crack itching rash and scabing and I looked at my vagina and white thick milky discharge coming out and bumps and produduting areas from my anus.

I really appreciate your concern here the history is suggestive of dry ness of vagina and this is happens because of the age in your case there must be some fungal infection that causes the white discharge, in my opinion this condition can be best treated with, Miconazole ointment, and Povidone vaginal suppository, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
