Noticed Circular Light Brown Patch On Sole Of Foot, Not Painful. What Might It Be?

Hello i went for a trim trail run this morning , afterwoods i went for a shower and noticed a circular brown patch on the sole of my foot its a light brown patch but it has several very dark small brown spots inside ,its not painfull and not raised in anyway

Hi.

Looks like you have developed a bruise over your feet.
This develops due to a hemorrhage into the sekin.
It might have happened due to any injury to the sole of foot.
It might have happened due to any sudden trauma to the foot.
Such a lesion can also develop due to a hard footwear.
You should try and avoid any further trauma to foot.
Take oral vitamin c supplementation so that the hemorrhage clears up fast.
