Not Allergic To Anything Then Why Having Clear Liquid Dripping From Nose While Bending And Hurts Sinus?

I'm 27 with no known health issues and I'm not sick or allergic to anything as far as I'm aware. For the last few months I have a clear (watery) liquid that drips from my nose every time I bend over and it hurts my sinuses, feels the same way as getting water up my nose the wrong way as I child at the pool. It happens every time I bend over now. Any ideas what this may be?

hello
well there can be 2 possibilities.
first one is that it may just be an allergic reaction and will subside wen the allergy comes down
second and more dangerous possibility is of csf rhinorrhea, that is leaking of fluid from your brain through the nose, , please meet your ent doctor as soon as you can to rule this out.
thanks
