No Help From Glintra Gel And Sunban Forte Lotion For Darker Forehead. Is There Any Other Medication?

Hi doctor, i am 21 years old, a male. I was suggested to use glintra gel during the night time and sunban forte lotion while going out as a cure for my darker foreheard. I made use of it but there was not much of improvement. I also made use of an aloevera cream a few years ago. But both didnt heal me out. I am suffering from this for more than 2 years. My forehead seems to look odd in a different tone. I even have the problem of dandruff in my scalp. I made use of the above lotions for more than 3months. What would you suggest me to? Should i continue the same or can you suggest me something better which could heal me as fast as possible? Please i am fed up with my own looks. Suggest me some changes in my diet which I have to follow. Waiting for a remedy which heals me up very fast.
Regards,
Ayappan.

Hi Ayappan...

You seem to have facial melanosis..particularly on forehead. There may be some cause. It may be cosmetic, balm, soap, perfume, shampoo, hair oil, pollutants, fume, sun exposure..etc. It may due to vitamin deficiencies, drugs, anaemia, systemic infections, internal diseases..etc. You consult dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and to find out the cause. Blood investigations may be done. After knowing some cause, treat the cause. Avoid soap and hair oil particularly coconut oil. Avoid sun exposure. Do not apply balm or cosmetics. Kojic acid containing gel may improve the color. Take vitamin C, glutathion and nicotinic acid. Cleanse the face with kojic acid containing face wash. I feel, you may be benefitted.I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
