Need Treatment For Non Healing Ulcers With Type 2 Diabetes

49 year old female with type 2 diabetes from 7 years and has bilateral great toe ulcers, non healing from 1year. her HbA1c finding is 9% and VPT & HCP is grossly impaired. my question is what other information do tou require from this patien as a diabetologist.

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
i am very sorry for her condition.
in my opinion for a non healing wound we need to evaluate for the following test
1.plantar pressure analysis
2.MRI angio to check for any vascular impairment.
3.need better control of diabetes ,using insulin is must.
4.consult podiatrist and plan a fore foot off loading foot wear.
