Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.
I would like to tell you that sleep is extremely essential physiological phenomenon which rejuvenates the body.
It helps body to recover from oxidative stress.

You have the problem of insomnia. For this, i have some suggestions:
1. Work accordibg to a fixed schedule.
2. Dont do heavy and vigorous exercises in late evening.
3. Avoid heavy and fatty meals in dinner.
4. Take a warm water bath before going to bed.
5. Avoid daytime naps.
6. Have a good daylight exposure. This normalises your sleep wake cycle.
7. Dobt take tea, coffee, chocolates at bedtime.

Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
