Need To Understand The Result Of My Transvaginal Ultrasound

ive done pregnancy tests, 2 invalid, 3 negative. done consulting my ob and advised a transviginal ultrasound. the result impression said, NORMAL SIZED, RETROVERTED UTERUS SLIGHTLY THICKENED, PROLIFERATIVE PHASE ENDOMETRIUM NORMAL OVARIES WITH DOMINANT FOLLICLE AT THE RIGHT 15.9MM NO CUL DE SAC FLUID. i want to know the meaning of it. am i not goin to have a baby anymore? pls help me

Hi,
Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic.
According to your Transvaginal Ultrasound, your uterus and ovaries are perfectly normal. There is no problem with your uterus and ovaries. Uterus is normal with normal endometrium. The dominant ovarian follicle is also normal.
You need to get other tests done to check for fertility like hormonal assessment, HSG and your husband should also get his semen analysis done.
As per this USG report, you are perfectly normal.
