Need Medication For Vomiting & Diarrhea

I had what I thought was food poisoning (wed morning woke up vomiting & diarrhea) but the diarrhea lasted til Sunday morning. Then after feeling better, Monday night I broke out in hives and it is now thursday night & I still have them. What's wrong with me?

May be its Infective diarrhea. You need antibiotics and good hydration along with ppi
Better to start Orni O, pan d tablets. This will help
