Need Advice On Ultrasound Result

Hi . Im 28 years old would be mom in 23rd week of pregnancy. To when i had undergone Ultra Sound test, the report stated Placenta as "Fundo posterior slightly Low lying, grade 1 maturity". What does this mean and what precautions i must take? is the placenta state normal or abnormal?

Placenta state is normal
But it is in a slightly different than normal position as of now
It is behind the baby and a bit lower in the uterus
It can migrate to the right place by the time of next scan
If it persists or becomes even more lower, then you will need a ceaserean
