If your pregnancy test has come negative, then there is no chance that you could be pregnant. All the symptoms stated by you suggest that you have a gastritis and you need antacids for that. You should start yourself on Ranitidine which will reduce your acidity and lead to lot of improvement. Dont take plenty of NSAIDS for headache as it will worsen your acidity.
