What Causes Heart Burns, Headaches And Stomach Pain?

hi im 16 years old; me and my bf have been having sex for 4 months now; hes been using the pull out method; about 2 months ago i have had really bad headaches and my belly hurts alot, also my heart has been hurting, i dont know what this could be, is it anything to do with pregnacy??
