Hi My wife is having irregular periods from last 10 months and she is not concieving too but when i get it checked they are saying that may be endometeriosis while as per my understanding it is the deficiency of vitamink as 2 months earlier i gave the tablets of vitamink and bleeding gone down after taking k tablets and approx 2 year earlier she was also having nose bleeding oftenly and she is also having some pink sheds on his face on both sides of nose kindly suggest what may be the reason we have done all test and all are good and perfect.

Hello
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Irregular mentration are due various causes mostly hormonal that is distubances in LH, oestrogen, progesterone hormones. These may be anovulatroy or ovulatory. There may be seen increased days of bleeding. This increase bleeding period may seen in coagulation defects also but usually menses seems to be regular. Bleeding may get improved after taking vit K therapy.
Find out exact cause. Get examination done by Gynaecologist and have blood examination for clotting/coagulation factors.
Have a Healthful Day..
