Hi,
The small spot you have mentioned, has it been there always? if yes, and if you just want to get it removed then i am sure it can be removed without much difficulty by your doctor. But if it has come recently, then you should just wait as it maybe due to lip biting trauma and may merge back in your lip on its own soon. If it progresses in size or changes colour then i strongly recommend you to visit your dentist and taka a clinical opinion.
