My Period Got Stopped

I haven't had my period in over 6 or 7 months. What is going on? I'm not pregnant.

Not having period from 6-7 months is something alarming. Havent you consulted your gynec till date? I hope that you should have done that by now. If pregnancy was the cause, then you would have faced other symptoms as well. So go to a gynec, get an examination done. You might be advised some tests or procedures as well.
