Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
Ovulation usually occurs between 10-18th day of a regular 28-29 day cycle. Which means your ovulatory phase is ongoing. This is the most fertile period of a woman's cycle. Signs of ovulation include:
-Breast tenderness
-Increased libido
-Increased energy level
-Ovulation pain
-Pain
-Increase basal temperature by 0.5-1 degree celsius
and a few other symptoms.
If you had a follicle the size of 16 on your 11th day, this does indicate that you are in your ovulatory phase. But, at present, it is difficult to say whether or not you are ovulating without the signs and symptoms of ovulation, which is why I advise an
ovulation prediction test, which will determine the same for sure and confirm the presence/absence of ovulation.
Duphaston is a medication used to treat several conditions occurring from a lack of the hormone
progesterone.
