My Left Side And Underarm Area Are Quite Painful After A Double Mastectomy
I had a double mastectomy and nodes removed a month ago. My right side seems fine, some ache, but manageable, my left side and underarm area, are quite painful. At times pain extends to arm-to-wrist, and can be intense, especially after exercise. I am not overdoing exercise, or pushing arm beyond limit

It could be a lymphadema. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
Limb elevation and compression stockings must be effective. An ultrasound scan will be helpful to look for any collection.
