Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Most of the antihistamines prescribed for cold cause some degree of sedation.
Saline nasal drops locally and steam inhalation helps to relieve symptoms
Avoid cool drinks and ice creams and cold atmosphere.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
