hi my boyfriend is having sever abdominal pains. he is vomitting up blood , cant keep anything down. its been going on for several days now. i dont know what i can do for him or what we should do about it. we have went to the hospital twice now and no luck.

What do you mean by no luck? Its a medical emergency no point in coughing blood for so many days. There is no home remedies for this. If you want try antacid ( ACID AR) it might help you out.

i would advise you to get a endoscopy and a chest x ray done. The main reasons for this could be varices or a bleed in the gastrointestinal tract. Also get a PT aPTT done to rule out any bleeding abnormalities. In case he worsens call your emergency number immediately and consult a gastroenterologist. In the mean time give him plenty of fluids, non oily foods. I hope i have answered your query. Take care
