Muscle Weakness, Tiredness, Hair Fall, Knees And Back Pain. On Placida Flupentixol And Anti Depressants. Is It Safe?
Hello Doctor :) This is Vijay Kumar, age 35 years, weight 74 Kg, Height 5 Feet and 7 Inches, from last six months facing problem of mussels weekness and falling the graph of health down speedly, symptoms are tiredness whole day, hair fall and hears getting grey, back and knees pain inspite of taking health food, my doctor suggest me to take Tab "Placida Flupentixol (an anti-psychotic) and Melitracen (an anti-depressant)", is it safe and help me to improve my health.

As your treating doctor prescribed anti-psychotic & anti-depressant drugs , according to your physical as well as clinical history , that is a right treatment.
Still your complaint is tiredness and stiff joints with weakness, so may be .
1 Anemia as you are complaining that there is hairs fall , graying hairs and weakness . Diagnosis can be confirmed by hemoglobin , so get in blood examination.
2 Thyroid disease , diagnosis can be confirmed by hormone level of thyroid hormones.
3 Tension is the one more such reason , so as already you are taking treatment for this ,keep it up.
In my opinion first of all consult a physician and get his opinion , beside a psychiatrist.
