Brief Answer:
Depot injections or risperidone liquid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns for your wife.

In such cases where the person refuses to take medications, there are two options:
1. To give antipsychotic drugs available in liquid formulation. Risperidone is one such drug. It is available as colorless, tasteless, odorless liquid and be given by mixing in food or tea without telling the patient.

2. There are depot formulation of antipsychotic drugs available, like olanzapine, flupentixol, haloperidol. The injection once given works for 2-4 weeks. It can be further repeated.

Kindly discuss this with her treating doctor.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further for more doubts.

Thanks.
