I have been suffering with morning nausea and weakness, every morning upon waking up. I can not eat and can barely get myself out the door to work. As the day progressess, i feel weak and look pale but the nausea subsides and by the end of the day I feel tired but normal. I have been seen by a GI who ran blood work ( normal) parasite tests ( normal) and an abdominal ultrasound ( normal) said it was GERD and my primary thinks its anxiety and depression . I feel like I am depressed because of How i feel throughout the day. I also have hemmorhoids which sometimes produce bloody stool. Im 30 and I feel like im 79. Its pretty rotten. Last year by blood labs came back normal. I have yet to go for blood work next monday. Im so frustrated. It doesnt feel like reflux . Please help
