General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Your swelling might have recurred due to incomplete removal during first procedure.
Most of the moles are benign, but they can turn into cancer sometimes.
As it is changing its characteristics, you better get it excised with your Surgeon and send it for Biopsy.
Most probably,it may come as benign, not cancer.
But,don't neglect.
Unless it is sent for histo pathological examination, diagnosis can't be confirmed.
Wish you good health
