Question: I discovered this mole/discoloration in my armpit recently. Worried it could a melanoma. Does it look cancerous?

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Images. I can see a single, oval, pigmented, flat lesion, in axilla which looks like a junctional melanocytic nevus.
It seems very benign, on account of its uniform color, well defined, regular margins and overall symmetricity.
