Missing Periods After Childbirth. Back Ache, Weakness. Need Advice

hi! I arlene and 33 years old i give birth last july with my second baby though Ceasarian and my baby is 10 months old now but i didn't have yet my period. Is that normal and i'm experiencing back ache when i do laundering and sometimes i feel weak for the whole day work.Pls. give me some suggestion on what to do.Thank you

hi, not having your menses for months after delivery is very common especially when you exclusively breastfeed. just try as much as you can to rest your back and get some pain killers for the back pain. you menses will surely return. thanks
