Missed Periods. Have Spotting, Nausea And Cramps. HPT Negative. Advice?

I am 10 days late for my menstrual cycle. I spotted for two days. 3 days later I got cramps like my cycle was starting but nothing. I had really bad nausea after eating and drinking, the only thing to relieve was to sleep. Nausea kind of calm down a little bit now. LMP was on July 7. Took 2 hpt at 3 days late and both negative.

I advise you to wait for few days , till you get your regular periods and see whether it will become normal.

If your symptoms are worrisome then consult your gynaec
