Hi,
In the present situation, you should immediately get tested for pregnancy, preferably through the blood test. Your symptoms are suggestive of very early pregnancy but a hormonal imbalance as the cause of amenorrhea has to be ruled out. You should also get a trans-vaginal sonogram. If pregnancy has been excluded, and if your previous cycles were regular, you would need to be treated for hormonal irregularity. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
