Hi,

To rule out incomplete abortion, you need to have a sonogram and also serum hCG tests. Though the pregnancy test becomes negative, chances of a missed abortion are always there. This causes persistence of symptoms and vaginal bleeding. So, I advice you to consult your gynecologist and have an examination and get treatment. Take care.
