Mild Cramping, Pain In The Breasts, Nausea, Heartburn And Delayed Periods. Worried

Hi,
I had a normal cycle on April 15th lasted for 6 days. It is now May 15th and I haven't gotten my period. My "PMS" is much more mild this cycle also. Breasts barely hurt, hardly and cramping. My symptoms this month are: mild cramping, mild breast tenderness, moderate backaches, very mild nausea, heartburn, indigestion & FATIGUE! I have taken 3 HPT all with first morning urine and they have came back negative (On May 11th, 13th & 15th) so I know I'm not pregnant. I did want to mention that I had very very very light "bright red" bleeding on May 4th & 5th. Only lasted for less than 5 hrs. per day. Anyway I was wondering if these symptoms could be anything. A female problem? Or just regular PMS?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

You have to wait for few more days to get positive test in case pregnancy is there.
Usually some urine pregnancy test kits may not detect the early pregnancy.
So you wait for one more week, if you do not get periods by that time go for pregnancy test once.
If the test comes negative, consult gynecologist and get evaluated for the cause of delayed periods.
And after that with her advice you can go for withdrawal bleeding.

Take care.
