Mild COPD, Taking Dulera, Flonase. Have Sleeping Difficulty, Sketchy Feeling After Dulera. Will Flonase Alone Help?

i have a mild copd my doc put me on dulera yesterday and gave me some flonase i took the dulera its killing me yesterday cant sleep too wired up bad bad the flonase seems to help with phlem....i cant take the dulera inhaler plus it just makes ya feel sketchy you think the flonase can help with the phlem..? and just do that.

If you are not comfortable with dulera, you may change your inhaler to foracort or seroflo. You should also use tiova inhaler. You can continue using flonase if it is helping. However most important treatment for copd is stopping smoking if you are a smoker.
