Migraine, CT Scan Normal. Is It Normal To Have A Feeling Of Brain Shaking?

hi i have migraine problem for almost 10 years. when i have extreme pain i feel like my brain is shaking from inside. i did CT scan and went to doctor they said its all normal.my question is is it normal to have brain shakeing feeling during the extreme migraine pain?please answer my ques i am feeling so scared of brain tumor r anything else serious. i dont have anything else like numbness in body or any other feeling.

The symptoms you are having is normal no need to worry.
Since CT scan is normal chances of having brain tumor are not there. Hence no need to worry.
Since you are having migraine you need to take treatment for migraine after consultation with physician.
