Dysmenorrhea is the medical term that is adverted to the menstrual cramps
. They are the major culprits that results in dull moods and breathe taking pains which occur in the lower region of the stomach.
Most of the females come across this pain prior to the menstrual phase and continues during the menstrual cycle. I can actually tell that there are women who face the unbearable pain. Even during the premenstrual period the altered physical and behavioral change causes more agitation and frustration.
Premenstrual phase known as premenstrual Syndrome
usually starts seven to fourteen days prior to the menstrual phase. More than 80% of the women suffer from this problem.
Numerous hormonal changes take place in this phase. These symptoms occur even before the menstrual cycle and during the menstrual cycle. The symptoms like:

1)Exercise is one of the very effective ways to stay away from painful menstrual cramps and the stress. DonÂt miss out your regular exercise.
2)Locate the bottle of hot water on your tummy. The hot compression will release the cramps.
3)You can place a towel that is soaked in hot water, squeeze the extra water from the towel.Cautiously locate it one your abdomen.
4)Carry a bottle of water every where. Drink as much as water you can as water helps in flushing out all the toxins from the body. There are chances that any infection might affect you thus; consuming good amount of water avoids the attack of infection. While going to bed also keep the bottle of water near you.
5)YOGA is one of the most peaceful ways to get rid off the menstrual cramps. The stretches that are carried during yoga treats the abdominal cramps. As well as they are provide amazing relaxation to muscles. It also makes breathing proper due to which body receives good amount of oxygen that helps in proper blood circulation. Good blood circulation on body makes the menstrual cycle.
6)Pepper mint and wintergreen mint alleviates the pain during menstrual cramps.
7)Intake of hot liquids increases the blood flow and relaxes your muscles as and when your pelvic area gets clogged and cramped.
8)ÂRunning water kills evilÂ. Water has some amazing properties to heal the pain. Have a hot water bath which is the simplest solution. But additionally you can even add one cup of sea salt with one cup of baking soda to your bath water. This helps in relaxing your muscle pain.
If you are too lethargic to in bathroom for bath then you can just soak a thick cloth in this water and place it on the painful part. It relieves your pain.
9)As your body loses a great amount of energy it is advisable to feed your body with good amount of vitamins and minerals
. Vegetables and fruits are flooded with vitamins and the required nutrients hence eat as much as fruits and veggies in your diet. As your body is battling with the intolerable pain it is very much necessary to provide your body with needed weapons to win the battle.
Grab a bowl of fresh green vegetable salad whenever you feel tired and exhausted. Or club some yummy fruits to make a colorful and nutritious fruit salad. Even drink some fresh juice of vegetable or fruits.
10)The oily elements found in coffee leads to the irritation in the intestinal system. Caffeine also triggers the nervous system which many times cause mood swings. They even add to gastric troubles that worsen the cramps. Caffeine comprises of tea, coffee, chocolate and chocolate drinks hence KEEP THEM AWAY.

*** Lastly you may take some medication if cramp is severe like Tab PONSTAN 1tab TDS or Tab OVRAL-L 1 tab daily from 5th to 25 th day of cycle.
Other condition may be ENDOMETRIOSIS
or PID or FIBROIDS associated with menstrual cramp and heavy bleeding.You need to do a USG and consult your gynaecologist.
