Menopausal, Delayed Period. Had Tubal Ligation And Ablation. Had Negative Pregnancy Tests. What Is Going On?

I am 47 years old, had a tubal ligation 15 years ago, ablation 1 year ago. I have never missed a period and am now 3 weeks late. I know I am at an age for menopause but have no other symptoms except no period. Two negative pregnancy tests. Just a little concerned I became pregnant with my 3 daughters all on birth control, 2 with the pill and my youngest the shot.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Though pregnancy is least likely in your case, you can do one serum beta HCG test to rule out pregnancy with 100% confidence & get mental peace.
Wish you good health.
Regards.
