What Causes Heartburn,fatigue,mood Swings,cramps,tingling And Abscence Of Periods After Tubal Ligation?

I have had a tubal ligation, however I have had the following symptoms for about 7-8 weeks now, nausea, heartburn, fatigue, mood swings, cramps, tingling, no period since 30 April. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests both were negative. What could be wrong

I really appreciate your concern the history of pregnancy after the tube ligation is very less likely, but this could happens some time apart from the symptoms it is advisable to get done the test this is the only option you have to rule out the possibility, and the best option is ultrasonography test, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
