Meaning Of Peripheral Smear Report Showing Normocytic Nermochromic
My wife's Peripheral smear report shows Normocytic nermochromic. What does it mean? Her platelets level is 96.
Anti Nuclear Antibodies (ANA) report is also normal. Does she required Bone Marrow test for further investigation or there is no need for Bone Marrow? please reply

According to the reports your wife's RBC is normal in size,shape and colour.
Platelet level is low,it may be due to many reasons like infection.
It is good that Anti Nuclear Antibodies (ANA) report is normal.
Need for Bone marrow test depend upon many things like clinical findings,other laboratory findings etc.
