Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Probably your father is suffering from peritoneal tuberculosis. It is indicated by thickening and enhancement of the mesentry. There are also small enhancing nodular peritoneal lesions in the anterior mesentry. There is also large amount of ascitic fluid.
Besides clinical examination he need further investigations to support diagnosis.Peritoneal fluid should be aspirated and examined for routine, microscopic examination and culture.
If tuberculosis is confirmed then he have to take antitubercular drugs.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
