MRI Shows Multiple Fibroids In Fundus Of Uterus, Along Posterior Wall, In Right Lateral Wall Of Uterus. Advice

According to my MRI report _
Dr. three large subserosal fibroids 70.2*54.4*78.7mm&64.1*52.6*51.0mm are seen in arising from fundus of uterus on right and left side resp.
Another large fibroid is seen along posterior wall measuring74.2*81.5*68.9mm. also a small intramural fibroid of 8.4*5mm size is seen in right lateral wall of body of uterus.
I am 27 year old and having no baby in present.i wants baby in future.
Please suggest me what should i do

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.CM. Forum.
The sizes of all three fibroid are quite large , hence in my opinion get one more ultrasound report with M R I.
Consult Gynaecologist and surgeon and get their opinion.
As you are too young so in my opinion , fibroid can be operated without any damage to uterus.
