Lump In Underarm With Pain In Arms And Breast. Been Taking Antibiotics, No Relief. What Could This Be?

Hi, I have had a lump under my arm for about a month I took two different antibiotics, dr. Said it may have been caused by a virus. I still have it, it does not hurt. I noticed yesterday that their are two thread like lines that are hard coming from the lump area. My arm feels achy as well as breast upper rib cage area. Been feeling very tired.

Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM.
Inspite of taking antibiotics it did not subside suggests that it is not infection.
It may be filarial affection, specific infection like tuberculosis or malignancy.
You have to consult a physician either to rule out or confirm any one of the above.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose.
I shall be happy to answer any more queries.
Take care.
