Lump Above Ear, Painless. Hard Lump Behind Ear. Used Hair Dye. Reaction To Dye Or Lipoma?
I have a lump/ swelling above my left ear below my temple which is painless and a small pea size hard lump right behind my left ear, I used hair dye two weeks before and a week later I got lots of little scabs on my scalp , then a week on these lumps have appeared, could it be a reaction to the hair dye or something else. My doctor doesn t know what they are, she said it could be a lipoma?

Hi, looking at your description it could be an allergic reaction to hair dye due to which the lymph nodes draining the scalp region have enlarged. you need to go for oral antibiotics which could help you. take care
