I M A WOMAN OF 40 YRS,I HAD 4 CHILDREN,AM NOW HAVING LOWER ABDOMINAL SEVERE PAINS THROUGH TO MY WRIST DOWN TO MY RIGHT LEG TOGETHER INTO MY ABDOMEN HOLDING ME SEVERELY FEELING A PUSH IN MY VAGINA BUT SOME TIMES IS THE ABDOMINAL PAIN WHEN IT SUBSIDES I WILL BE BLEEDING OR SPOTTING,WHAT IS MY PROBLEM AND THE REMEDY TO THIS?

You may be suffering from vaginal prolapse as you feel pushing down effect and spotting. Consult a gynecologist for solution. Till then try pain killers and pelvic exercise like holding urination frequently to improve tone of pelvic muscles.
