dear sir i am 33 years old .though i am late but still i want to consult. i face the following symptoms- low body hair especialy low beard and mostache, little male breast developed, low body mass, low sexual drive, low voice, thin hair,low growth,height loss,erectile disfunction,small testicles etc. i ve tested serum testosterone and it is 414.30. pls cosider it and i want the treatment if posiible .i am losing confidence. its a problem for me. thanks

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Hypogonadism with dominant feminine characters.
All the symptoms that you have posted are due to hormonal imbalance.or some congenital abnormalities in production of hormones by Pitutary Gland in the brain.
Please consult qualified Endocrinologist for detail assessment
You may need to get number of hormonal studies done to find out the cause of your symptoms.
