Dear Harrysrivastav09

First of all lets define Impotence : Impotence, often called erectile dysfunction, is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection long enough to engage in sexual intercourse. so impotence has to deal with ERECTION status .
so when you are saying sexual strength i have the feeling that you are referring to your sexual desire and lust , well basically when you grow older in life you will always notice ups and downs in your sexual desire and there are various daily normal factors playing a role in this from psychological to physical stress , and the news is you wont stay sexually alert as much as you were 14 tears of old .
anyhow due that your description of symptoms is vague , i would just tell you some very general ideas that you could do that might help you get your so called sexual life back !
first relax you will have lots of time to engage in proper sexual act , eat well and healthy lots of whole grain wheat , rice , honey and nuts and go to the gym .
dont think about sex , it will come to you naturally .
dont smoke cigarettes .
and whatever is being provided over the net porn sites in reality thats not how things work , just stating the fact size doesn't really matter , if i may say its the motion of the sea not the size of the ship .
concentrate more on other fun things to do in life and you will find yourself being sexually satisfied about yourself by the end of the day .
and its very normal in your case the worries you have in mind , if your worries persisted i would recommend you visit a psychiatrist and run some hormonal status tests .
i hope my answer was satisfactory and helpful if so please rate my answer with a 5 stars so i can help more people :)

have a nice day
