Liver Tests Done. Result Slightly Elevated. How To Bring It Back To Normal?

Hi There. My doctor called me and said one of my liver tests came back slightly elevated , im going to call him monday to see what slightly elevated means. He said that he wants me to repeat blood work in 2-3 weeks and he will schedule a liver ultrasound soon to be sure. The blood work was done 12 weeks after completing a cycle of winstrol. what do you suggest to bring my liver enzymes back to normal range?

It depends of which liver enzymes are elevated (AST, ALT, Alkaline phosphatase or bilirrubin)?
Depending on the reason why they are elevated is that recommendations can be given for you to get them back to normal. A good start is to avoid alcohol, and lose weight.
